Prestaties
Nou 400 meter naar de eerste korte klim van 10% met nog koude beenspiertjes, meteen ongeveer door naar 10% langere klim naar 12% langere klim. Daar moest ik ff vd fiets af haha Korte Holweg. Was ik nog niet klaar voor op mijn tweede klimtraining. Deze route is wel perfect als intervalttaining om sterke klimbenen te krijgen. Prachtige omgeving.






















First ride since being sick 1 February 😅. Ty to my husband for the derby and lunch support❤️🙏🏽☮️














First very short bike ride after 5 weeks sick. Loved it in the sun☀️ First time in shorts on mountain bike and Garmin watch

A little better than yesterday. Now my furry 3 pack joined and supported me🐾🐾🐾. Slowly getting better. Doggies tired lol
















First exercise after almost 2 bad weeks of stomach flu diarrhea nausea 🤢🥴😷🤕. Stil headache diarrhea when I started so I only made ten minutes of run, exercised in between and ran the 30 minutes full. It felt like finishing a full marathon omg haha! Tomorrow a new day with new chances. I will get back into it👊🏾🙏🏽☮️

Tested my race bike. All very new. Getting used to my feet stuck in pedals. Race steering wheel. Low seated. Had to get used to it all but great times. Managed to put those miles in my lil legs👊🏾🌸

After a cold and 90 mins bikeride yesterday this was hard. Nauseous still AT parcours












First training after Pro10K race Groene Loper run Maastricht. I was sick with a cold all week. Races anyway. Continued with breathing and stomach problems. Tool 2 days to recover






Went ok. No more alcohol more carbs more sleep needed








With wild dog first 2 km. Lol. Until the rain drove him crazy. Then 5km alone and 2 km back home. All terrain, lots lots of rain.

Felt heavy after my swim. However I went faster than my legs felt. Nice surprise. Prefer early rides over this. Lesson learned










Water too warm so breathing was hard with my post lungembolism condition. Nice for the muscles not for the air.

Too slow for my liking. Getting used to my “new”(daddies) bike. All little adjustments needed. Beautiful view. Feeling positive. Yesterday first swim training 40 mins. 1180 meters.
